CHANGES I MADE COMPARED TO THE OLD TEXT
- IFAI → no longer exists. The old text directed complaints to the IFAI. The IFAI was renamed INAI in 2014, and the INAI was dissolved on May 9, 2025. The current authority is now the Secretariat of Anti-Corruption and Good Governance (SABG). Corrected.
- Updated law. On March 20, 2025, a new Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties came into effect. I adjusted the references.
- Resolved contradiction. The old text stated in one point that it shared data with SAT/IMSS/INFONAVIT and in another that it “cannot be transferred.” I reworded it to be coherent.

DEFINITIONS
Personal data: Any information concerning an identified or identifiable natural person.
Data Subject: The natural person to whom the personal data identifies or corresponds.
Data Controller (Responsible): Private natural or legal person who decides on the processing of personal data.
Processing: The collection, use (including access, handling, exploitation, transfer, or disposal of personal data), disclosure, or storage of personal data by any means.
Transfer: Any data communication made to a person other than the controller or processor of the data.
ARCO Rights: Rights of Access, Rectification, Cancellation, and Opposition.
Tacit consent: It will be understood that the data subject has consented to the processing of their data when, having made this privacy notice available to them, they do not express their opposition.
PURPOSES OF THE INFORMATION
Your personal data will be collected and used for the fulfillment of the following purposes:

- Understand and address your accounting, tax, and administrative needs.
- Prepare and formulate financial statements, as well as comply with tax obligations before federal, state, and municipal authorities of interest to you.

Additionally, we use your personal information to communicate the progress or changes in your procedures, as well as to offer you new services or promotions. Although these purposes are not necessary to provide the service you request, they allow us to give you better service.
In case you do not wish for your personal data to be used for these additional purposes, you can express this by sending an email to info@calderonpv.com indicating your refusal for:
- Service evaluation surveys.
- Information about the progress or changes in your procedure.
- The offering of new services or promotions.
The refusal to use your personal data for these purposes will not be a reason to deny you the services you request. If you do not express your refusal, it will be understood that you authorize the use of your personal information for these purposes.
DATA TRANSFER TO AUTHORITIES
For compliance with legal requirements or the attention of a founded and motivated order from a competent authority, your personal data may be shared—within the framework of Mexican legislation and mandatory reporting operations—with the Tax Administration Service (SAT), the Mexican Social Security Institute (IMSS), the National Workers’ Housing Fund Institute (INFONAVIT), the Public Registry of Property and Commerce, the State Secretariat of Finance, the Secretariat of Economy, the Directorate of Foreign Investment, the Secretariat of the Interior, as well as with local, state, or federal judicial or administrative authorities.
If we need to transfer your personal information to third parties, national or foreign, other than those mentioned, for the fulfillment of tax advisory, accounting registration, reporting, and declaration services, you will be informed in advance to request your authorization, indicating the recipients and the purposes of said transfers, in terms of articles 35 and 36 of the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties.
In any case, we will communicate this privacy notice to the recipients of your data so that they respect its terms.
METHODS OF COLLECTING YOUR PERSONAL DATA
We may collect your personal data: (i) when you provide it to us directly; (ii) when you visit our website or use our online services; and (iii) through other sources permitted by law.
Data we collect directly: Email, full name, gender, age, nationality, marital status, spouse’s name, telephone, mobile phone, address, date and place of birth, education, financial data, wealth data, children, RFC (Tax ID), social security number, CURP (National ID), employment data, and immigration data.
Data we collect when you visit the website or use online services: Email, full name, city, and telephone.
Data we collect through other sources permitted by law: We do not collect your personal data through this means.
USE OF SENSITIVE DATA
Sensitive data is considered to be that which affects the most intimate sphere of its owner, or whose improper use could lead to discrimination or entail a serious risk to them. The use of personal data considered sensitive is omitted in this privacy notice.
LIMITATION OF USE AND DISCLOSURE OF YOUR DATA
The data controller undertakes to use your information solely for tax, economic, labor, banking, and administrative purposes related to the contracted services.
PROCEDURE TO EXERCISE ARCO RIGHTS
You have the right to access your personal data and know the details of its processing; to rectify it if it is inaccurate or incomplete; to cancel it when you consider that it is not required for the indicated purposes, is being used for non-consented purposes, or the service relationship has ended; and to oppose its processing for specific purposes.

- Your request must contain: name of the data subject, address or contact method to communicate the response, documents proving your identity, a clear and precise description of the personal data regarding which you seek to exercise your rights, and any other document that facilitates the location of the data.
- The maximum term to respond to your request is 20 business days counting from the date we receive it.
TRANSMISSION OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA
We commit not to transfer your personal information to third parties without your consent, except for the exceptions provided in article 36 of the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties, and to make such transfers under the terms established by that law.
MODIFICATIONS TO THE PRIVACY NOTICE
This privacy notice may undergo modifications or updates derived from new legal requirements, internal policies, or new requirements for the provision of our services. We commit to keeping it updated and available for your consultation. Any modification will be communicated through:
